What you'll bring to the team:
8+ years of experience in talent management, HR operations, or a similar function.
Track record of success in implementing highly effective people and culture practices at several high-performing organizations.
Proven ability to design and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, including experience recruiting top-quality candidates to build diverse teams.
Strong relationship building skills, with extraordinary ability to listen, understand, and connect with employees at all levels of the organization, across geographies.
Robust strategic thinking, project management, and prioritization skills.
Strong communications skills, including verbal, written, and presentation.
A foundation of self-awareness that provides space for continuous learning and growth.
High sense of personal responsibility and integrity.
The ability to effectively manage change and guide staff navigating organizational change.
Experience working in a global organization preferred.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and basic HR measurement; knowledge of key compliance issues and procedures.
